Only three options (fish, shrimp or Ricky’s special, which is simply a fish-shrimp mix) prepared Baja-style with a top secret ancestral batter recipe. Easy peasy: catfish breaded and golden, a little shredded cabbage covered with pico de gallo in a still warm tortilla. You help yourself to more or less spicy sauces, and order an agua fresca or horchata to soothe the taco fire.
