Opened in 2011 with tremendous success, Michael Voltaggio’s (ex Top Chef) molecular restaurant is still packed every night. To avoid the crowds (and the steep check), sit at the bar and order tapas: street corn, langoustine fish and chips, charcoal potatoes, octopus and squid ink orecchiette… Fortunately, the molecular trend has gone — but Ink is still very fashionable.
