Forget Sugarfish, Jinpachi has the best sushi deal in town: order a sushi moriawase ($22 for lunch, $32 for dinner) and you shall receive an eight-piece sushi platter, a full roll, soup and salad. If you’re in luck, you might even get some of their melt-on-the-tongue toro in the mix. Other affordable options include their crispy rice with spicy tuna, yellowtail carpaccio with jalapeño, or Kumamoto oysters served on the half shell with a dollop of uni. Request a seat at the cherry wood bar, and chef Hirotaka Fuijta’s dexterity may even tempt you to order the omakase.
