Gather your herbivore friends and book a table outside their Abbot Kinney restaurant, where with olive trees give an atmosphere of backyard dinner party. Go on a quiet night (rumor has it, their service tends to get colder on busy weekends), choose a nice bottle of biodynamic wine and share a cheese plate — the truffle one is excellent. Perhaps add the chickpea curry soup as well. And, whatever you do, do not sleep on the cacio e pepe kelp noodles!
