Salazar

Esdras Ochoa, already praised for his Chinatown “Mexicali”, gives us the perfect spot for a drink on the East Side: Salazar. Entirely outdoor, with cocktails designed by Brandi Boles and tacos al pastor to be shared before dinner. Enjoy boozy horchatas and margaritas on draft to warm the (rare) chilly evenings on the large patio. Although Salazar is an ideal spot for cocktails, you can venture out for dinner: a Santa Maria-style barbecue of either pork ribs, fish or rib eye marinated before being grilled on hot mesquite. Share everything, and make sure you order enough drinks.
