Triniti

There are almost too many reasons to love Triniti. It was opened by Chef Joseph Geiskopf who used to work at Noma, Septime, and Destroyer (on top of being a personal chef for Apple’s Tim Cook), although he has left since then. Co-owner David Wynn is a serial entrepreneur and used to work a Cognoscenti coffee. The service is excellent, they find the perfect balance between professional and friendly. Wynn’s drinks list features only A-listers, such as single-origin coffee sourced from SF’s Manufactory, turmeric Thai lattes and black sesame cortados. Beautiful dishes (from artisanal makers like Hasami Porcelain and Miro Made This) are the backdrop to Geiskopf’s creations: roasted potatoes with skordalia, little gem lettuces with a famous XO sauce, Norwegian cod with roasted salsify… And if all of this wasn’t enough already, Triniti tries to be as compost-friendly as possible: they use food scraps to make frosty slushies, which are the best alternative to a digestif after a nice meal. Still not convinced you’ll love Triniti, or their wine bar Kensho? Then there’s nothing else we can do for you.
