Andrew Steiner from Andrew’s Cheese Shop is a former Maitre Fromager, and keeps over 200 varieties of artisanal cheese in his little shop, along with wine and the usual accoutrements: jams, nuts, tapenades, etc. Beaufort d’été from Josef Paccard, triple-crème Brillat-Savarin, there’s no end to his treasures. The motto of Andrew’s Cheese Shop may be “This Place Stinks!”, the sandwiches sure don’t — get that burrata and tomato one on a crusty baguette, which is surprisingly affordable for the area.
