Fish Eight

It’s no secret that Jinpachi is one of our favorite neighborhood spots for a casual weekday dinner. Well its sister restaurant, Fish Eight, is here to make things even more casual — yet with excellent A-grade sushi. Chef Hirotaka Fujita offers traditional and original sushi and sashimi, chirashi bowls and hand rolls (the open-faced ones are ironically dubbed ‘tacos sushi’). The red snapper nigiri, at $6 for two pieces, is a steal that will melt in your mouth like no other. The high quality and low prices makes Fish Eight a sushi UFO in West Hollywood, so be prepared for a long line at the door. Worst case scenario, you can always get delivery!
