Malibu Farm

Malibu Farm Malibu Los Angeles

It’s not a restaurant, it’s a postcard. A white wooden hut nestled at the end of a pontoon, floating above the Pacific Ocean on the Malibu beach. We can already spot seagulls, waves and surfers in the distance… and a portobello burger right under our noses. The most important thing you need to know is: once you’re on the pier, resist the temptation to settle in the first Malibu Farm, the one closer to the PCH. No no, the one you want is at the end, right on the ocean! Walk down until the end, where there’s a cute little shop on the left, and on the right Malibu Farm’s annex called the Pier Café. On the menu you’ll find all kinds of Californian salads with kale, beets, arugula, butternut squash… but also sandwiches, burgers and steaks. If you’re feeling thirsty we recommend a white sangria, or a fresh fruit juice. Everything is good, beautiful, organic, and local. But in the end, what you eat is irrelevant, because you’re here to devour the view and savor the silence. Be careful though, because this precious silence might be disturbed, at peak hours, by hordes of tourists who had exactly the same idea as you.
