There’s nothing Mini about the flavorful kabobs at Mini Kabob. The place is tiny indeed (3 tables with mismatched chairs and a take-out counter), but you’ll eat like a king and be treated like one by the lovely elderly couple who run the place: Ovakim and Alvard Martirosyan. Their son Armen also makes some of their excellent dishes: chicken kabob, eggplant caviar, garlicky sauce, hummus, roasted tomatoes, fragrant rice and lavash bread to enjoy all the different dips. Enjoy it with a Tarragon soda, and remember to carry cash as Mini Kabob doesn’t accept cards.
