Victoire Loup – Founder

Victoire Loup is a food critic, culinary consultant and cookbook author. She is the former Marketing Director of Le Fooding, and now lives between Paris and Los Angeles where she consults with chefs and F&B brands such as Anne-Sophie Pic, Pommery, Ludo Lefebvre and Airbnb. She has appeared as a judge on several TV shows, and was featured as a food expert in the LA Times, Bon Appetit Magazine, Vogue, Vanity Fair, etc. She has published six cookbooks, and a seventh is slated for 2023.  

 

Emma – Project Manager

Our very own multitasking expert, Emma keeps everything—and everyone—on track. In charge of coordinating the team and the workload, she makes sure that each and every project complies with guidelines, deadlines and budgets. Through brainstorming sessions and mood boards, as well as in-depth studies and research, she brings her critical insight in order for In The Loup to come up with the right strategies. From business planning to client management, she oversees each project with Victoire and makes sure that we are constantly innovating.

 

Clara – Design and Branding

Clara is In The Loup’s Design and Branding Lead. She finds inspiration everywhere around her, from petals to plates and from food to floors… Innovative, passionate and inspired, she brings our clients’ vision to life. From brand strategy to graphic design, she puts her work at the service of the F&B industry. Through different processes, she works hand-in-hand with our clients to help them develop a strong brand image (fonts, colors, iconography…) as every detail counts when it comes to creating a restaurant identity. 

 

Cesar – Social Media Strategy

Online 24/7, Cesar is the Social Media Strategist at In The Loup. He brings his ever-evolving knowledge and expertise to offer personalized social media strategies for each client’s business model. In our social media driven society, staying on top of the latest trends and the changes of the algorithms are crucial for any thriving business. Cesar has created social media strategies for world-famous brands, from food to fashion and back again, helping them foster a community aligned with their ethos. From content creation to brand narrative development, his primary goal is to build a strong community as well as maximizing follower growth and engagement for our clients’ platforms.
