Victoire Loup began her career as Marketing Director for Le Fooding in Paris, and soon gained legitimacy as a food critic. When she moved to Los Angeles she started her own website, In The Loup – convinced that in a city as wide as LA, it was essential to celebrate hidden gems and mom-and-pop restaurants, to avoid getting lost in the hubbub of flashy openings. In The Loup now collaborates with 20 freelance writers around the globe, as it has expanded to foreign city guides on top of LA restaurant reviews. Victoire Loup also freelances for the Michelin Guide magazine, Le Fooding, AD Magazine, Le Figaro, Laurent Mariotte, etc. She writes press releases for world-renowned chefs and is the author of six cookbooks. This wealth of knowledge is of course one of the key elements which distinguishes In The Loup from the other consulting agencies.
