You never came to a bar to eat — but that was before Everson Royce Bar. Yes, their cocktails are irreproachable but crowds flock here for a dripping burger, melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork belly or hamachi tostadas when midnight has already struck. Former Osteria Mozza chef Matt Molina and Randy Clement of Silver Lake Wine created a magical place with a string lights, picnic tables and a bocce court that runs the length of the patio. One of the best bars in LA to celebrate a birthday, if you ask us.
