If you ever want to die from hummus overdose, Hummus Bar & Grill should be your number one choice. It’s fluffy, creamy, rich, and comes in different flavors: classic, pine nuts, roasted mushrooms, sabich, fava beans, and our favorite, mesabacha… Order a couple for the table and dip in a pita that came straight out of the oven (it’s still puffed and filled with hot air when it reaches the table). The rest of the menu will seem superfluous after this, but try some Israeli salad and chicken skewers for the sake of variety. The knafe malabi is an excellent dessert option, or you could get tempted in order one last side of hummus.
