Highly Likely comes from the mind of Cary Mosier, formerly at Cafe Gratitude and Gracias Madre: she kept the vibe and added a bit of animal protein. Expect creole recipes in homage to the West Adams neighborhood, Japanese inspirations and California produce. Shake it shake it and you’ll get excellent dishes at breakfast brunch lunch snack and dinner. In this bright modern space, you’ll find a dozen screenwriters on their iPads, excellent cups of coffee (spot that Marzocco!), and comfort food: halloumi salad with minty yogurt dressing, Bub’s focaccia sandwich, Japanese porridge bowl, and a burrito with extra hot sauce.
