On a corner of Melrose Avenue, you would think you are in France: bistro tables, expressos, crumbs of a freshly-devoured croissant, and even a customer with a cigarette… Inside, a multicolored display catches your eye: perfectly glazed eclairs with flavors that change daily — chocolate-passion fruit, matcha, orange blossom, sea salt caramel, Ispahan (rose, raspberry, lychee), coffee… The dough is gluten-free, and the founders Dan and Elodie use only high-quality products: Weiss chocolate, Italian pistachios, Isigny Ste Mère AOP butter, etc. In addition to chouquettes, croissants and pain au chocolat, these two Parisians also play around with seasonal desserts such as bûche de Noël and galette des rois.
